职位描述

1、参与公司内部各类信息化系统的后端开发，包括但不限于自研系统、外采系统代码二次开发；
2、在导师指导下理解业务需求，参与需求分析、技术方案设计、任务拆分及工作量评估，按计划完成开发、测试和上线交付；
3、基于 Java、Spring Boot 完成业务接口、数据模型、权限、流程及系统集成等后端功能开发；
4、配合产品、前端及业务部门完成中后台功能建设，保障业务流程的准确性、系统稳定性和使用体验；
5、参与线上问题排查、性能优化和系统维护，持续提升代码质量、系统可维护性及交付效率；
6、参与项目技术体系和研发规范建设，完善开发工具与技术文档，参与团队技术分享；
7、逐步建立业务 Sense，能够在指导下独立完成边界清晰的业务模块开发；
8、根据项目安排，参与 AI 基建及 AI 应用在企业信息化场景中的探索与落地。

职位要求

1、2027届本科及以上学历在校生，计算机相关专业；
2、至少具备一段 Java 后端开发实习经历，能够清晰说明本人承担的工作、技术方案及实际产出；
3、Java 基础扎实，了解集合、多线程、JVM等基础知识，具备良好的编码习惯；
4、熟悉 Spring Boot、MySQL、REST API、Git 等常用开发技术和工具，具备实际项目开发经验；
5、掌握常见数据结构与算法，了解操作系统、计算机网络、数据库及基础安全知识；
6、具备良好的业务理解、逻辑分析和问题解决能力，能够与产品、前端及业务部门顺畅协作；
7、主动性和责任心强，能够持续学习新技术、新工具，并在指导下推动任务按质量完成；
8、具有 To B、中后台、企业信息化、低代码平台或系统集成开发经验者优先；
9、熟悉 Redis、消息队列、Docker、微服务等技术者优先；
10、具备大模型应用、RAG、Agent、模型服务接入等 AI 实习或高质量项目经验者优先。
