What matters to you in picking a law firm to start your career? Compensation? If you seek above-market compensation, Jimerson Birr pays on par with big law without the big law bureaucracy or the modern-day indentured servitude. If you are looking to be a mid-level cog for 10-20 years at a corporate behemoth working for other soulless corporate behemoths to get a chance to make less than if you'd have made at a mid-law firm building your book of business from day one, we are not the right fit for you.
