职位描述
1、参与芯片模块及系统级验证方案制定,根据设计规格文档拆解验证需求,编写详细验证计划与测试用例; 2、基于UVM验证方法学,独立完成模块级、子系统级的Testbench搭建、代码编写、调试及仿真验证工作; 3、定位、分析仿真过程中出现的bug,联合设计工程师复盘问题、追溯根因,协助完成问题修复与回归验证; 4、参与芯片FPGA验证,后仿验证工作,协助解决前端验证与后端落地衔接的各类问题; 5、持续优化验证环境、提升仿真效率与覆盖率,完成功能覆盖率、代码覆盖率收集与分析,确保验证完备性; 6、跟进行业前沿验证技术,参与团队技术沉淀,输出验证文档、技术总结,完善团队验证流程体系。
职位要求
1、2027届应届硕士研究生,电子信息、微电子、集成电路、通信工程、计算机等相关专业; 2、熟悉数字电路、时序逻辑、组合逻辑等集成电路基础知识,掌握芯片设计与验证基本流程; 3、熟练掌握Verilog、SystemVerilog编程语言,了解UVM验证方法学,有相关项目实操经验者优先; 4、掌握Linux基础命令、Vim操作,熟悉Makefile脚本、仿真工具(VCS/Questa)使用者优先; 5、具备良好的英语读写能力,可读懂英文技术手册、规格文档; 6、逻辑思维清晰,具备较强的问题拆解、故障排查能力,对芯片验证工作有浓厚兴趣; 7、踏实细心、责任心强,具备良好的团队协作能力与沟通能力,能高效配合设计、测试团队推进工作; 8、拥有主动学习意识,愿意深耕半导体行业,能够承受研发岗位正常的工作节奏与技术攻关压力; 9、有各类集成电路竞赛、芯片验证实训、课设项目、实验室流片项目经验者优先。
