职位描述

1.参与游戏项目视觉风格探索，与策划、美术团队共同完成世界观视觉设定。
2.负责游戏角色、场景、道具等概念设计，输出高质量设计方案及视觉提案。
3.运用AI创作工具（Midjourney、Flux、Stable Diffusion、ComfyUI、Seedance等）进行视觉探索、方案迭代及设计提效。
4.根据项目需求，快速完成不同风格的概念设计，包括但不限于写实、二次元、卡通、幻想等。
5.配合角色原画、场景原画、3D、美术特效等团队，持续优化设计方案，保证最终落地效果。
6.关注游戏美术及AI创作前沿趋势，积极探索新的设计流程和创作方式。

职位要求

1.本科及以上学历，美术、视觉传达、数字媒体、动画、游戏设计等相关专业。
2.扎实的美术基础，具备良好的造型、色彩、构图及设计能力。
3.热爱游戏，对游戏视觉表现和设计趋势保持敏锐观察。
4.熟练使用 Photoshop、Blender 等常用设计软件。
5.熟悉至少一种AI创作工具，并能够将AI融入设计流程，提高创作效率。
6.具备优秀的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作意识。
7.对设计品质有追求，善于思考并乐于持续优化作品。
加分项（满足任意一项即可）
1.熟悉 Midjourney、Flux、Stable Diffusion、ComfyUI、Seedance、Runway 等AI工具，并有完整作品案例。
2.有角色、场景、IP设定、世界观设计等相关作品。
3.能独立完成从创意发想到视觉提案的完整设计流程。
4.熟悉3D辅助设计（Blender、Cinema4D等）。
5.有游戏Demo、Game Jam、商业项目或个人独立创作经历。
6.了解LoRA训练、ControlNet、风格一致性、AI工作流搭建等相关技术。
