Dual Rate Supervisors are flexible and versatile members of the poker supervisory team. They serve in both the role of poker dealer as well as stepping up into a poker Supervisor role as business dictates.

Dual Rate Supervisors consistently demonstrate Family Style Service;

Are able to deal and Supervise all games.

Are familiar with the tournament rules and structures of the WSOP.

adjust work pace to meet business demands;

consistently prepare various types of paperwork accurately;

• DRs must possess manual dexterity and coordination to operate various equipment
• maintain a clean work area and stock work area with supplies
• acknowledge, greet, and converse in English with Guests
• respond to visual and oral signals, general observation skills
• adhere to safety policies and procedures; effectively and professionally address concerns and questions
• continuously lift 50 lbs
• count large sums of currency quickly and accurately; conduct a variety of cashiering transactions efficiently, accurately, and in a friendly manner
• adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures; maintain awareness of MTL/MIL/CTRC-N activity and AML regulations and report to supervisors
• demonstrate proficiency in operating an adding machine and computer
• distinguish different colors of gaming chips; distinguish valid money from counterfeit
• proficiently operate a copy machine, scanner, basic word processing, Excel, Bravo, any associated programs involved in daily scheduling or operating of Poker room Floor.
