Each year, for three weeks in the late summer, the US Open is the focus of the sports & entertainment universe. Must be available to work from August 10 through September 14 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York

As a vital member of our Partnership Marketing account teams, you will play a pivotal role in executing sponsor-related activities leading up to and during the 2025 US Open. As part of the team, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities that keep our efforts running smoothly:

  • Support the setup and breakdown of office and activation spaces with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Assist with the tracking and distribution of credentials and other critical event materials.
  • Manage logistics and on-site coordination for sponsor promotional booths.
  • Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials and merchandise to various sponsor zones.
  • Facilitate premium giveaways and execute in-stadium promotional activities to enhance fan engagement.
  • Support coordination and execution of special sponsor events, such as clinics and VIP experiences.
  • Perform administrative tasks with accuracy, organization, and discretion.

Who You Are

  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with a sharp eye for logistics and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about or experienced in sports marketing, sponsorship, or live event operations.
  • Reliable and professional under pressure, especially when working with VIPs, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge.
  • Spanish or Italian language skills are a strong plus.
  • This is a full-time, seasonal role requiring up to 60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods on-site.

Compensation This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20.00.

Uniforms Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.

Daily Meal Allowance A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.
