Pregled dodiplomskega programa praktičnega usposabljanja:

• 10-16 tedensko pripravništvo na funkcionalnem področju podjetja MKS Instruments, ki študentom zagotavlja celovito in zanimivo izkušnjo od začetka programa do njegovega konca.
• Smiselne delovne in projektne naloge.
• Priložnosti za mreženje z vrstniki in vodstvenimi delavci.
• Spoznavanje različnih oddelkov podjetja.

MKS Instruments išče izjemnega člana ekipe, za praktično usposabljanje v oddelku operativne nabave. Na tem delovnem mestu boste lahko določeno obdobje delali v industrijski organizaciji na področju operativne nabave; spoznali boste organizacijo, delovanje in poslovanje organizacije v proizvodnem in kemijskem sektorju; teoretično znanje, pridobljeno med študijem, boste lahko uporabili pri reševanju konkretnih problemov; pridobili boste posebne spretnosti, ki jih ni mogoče pridobiti na univerzi, ter bolje poznali in razumeli naloge in odgovornosti, ki se zahtevajo v profesionalnem delovnem okolju.

Glavne odgovornosti:

• spoznavanje in osnovna pomoč pri procesu nabave surovin s pripravo in obdelavo naročilnic in zahtevkov,
• pomoč pri komunikaciji z ostalimi deležniki (dobavitelji, organizatorji transporta, ostalimi oddelki znotraj podjetja),
• pregledovanje in preverjanje dokumentov, povezanih z nabavo, da se zagotovi točnost in popolnost,
• sodelovanje pri zagotavljanju administrativne podpore oddelku nabave, vključno z arhiviranjem, vnašanjem podatkov in korespondenco.

Zahtevana znanja in spretnosti:

• Vpisani na dodiplomski študijski program ekonomije ali ustrezne smeri

Kompetence:

• Znanje angleškega in slovenskega jezika,
• Poznavanje programov MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
• Sposobnost dela v skupini,
• Spretnosti kot so: samoiniciativnost, zanesljivost in natančnost.

& Objectives:

MKS Instruments is seeking an exceptional Intern in the Operational Purchasing department to join the team. In this position, you will be able to work for a fixed period in an industrial organization in the field of operational procurement processes; learn about the organization, operation and business of an organization in Manufacturing & Chemistry sector; be able to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the studies to a concrete problem; acquire specific skills that cannot be acquired at university and gain better knowledge and understanding of tasks and responsibilities required in a professional working environment.

Principal Responsibilities:

• learning about and basic assistance with the raw material procurement processes by preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions,
• assisting in communication with other stakeholders (suppliers, transport organizers, other departments within the company),
• reviewing and checking documents related to purchasing to ensure accuracy and completeness,
• assisting in providing administrative support to the Purchasing Department, including filing, data entry and correspondence.

Required Skills:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Economics or relevant majors

Competencies:

• Proficiency in English and Slovenian language.

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team.
• Demonstrating skills as: Self-initiative, reliability and being accurate.
