• Automate daily workflows by addressing operation pain points.
• Reduce the usage of Excel VBA by providing better solutions.
• Build prototypes or tactical tools to prove new operation/analytics ideas.
• Major languages in use are C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, plus some Excel VBA as a glue language for spreadsheets.
• Improvements to existing systems/projects.

• Coding using languages similar to C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/R.
• Willing to step out of comfort zone and learn, not only programming practices but also business knowledge.
• Able to communicate in English.

• Already familiar with our major languages C#, TypeScript and Python, able to code solutions from scratch.
• Good mathematics and statistic knowledge (understand concepts like matrix and related operations, correlation, standard deviation, etc.).
• Excel and VBA also for coding language.
