Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 â Foundation Modeling - Process flow definition for DFT operations - Equipment, resource, and space modeling - Baseline performance validation
Phase 2 â Data Integration - Database connection with MMS/MCS - Automated data refresh (routing, plan, WIP, capacity) - Synchronization between physical factory and Digital Twin
Phase 3 â Predictive Analysis & Visualization - Production planâbased space utilization simulation - Capacity bottleneck identification - Scenario comparison and âwhatâifâ analysis
Phase 4 â Deployment - Deliver a Live Virtual Factory Model - Host the Digital Twin on an internal web interface - Enable stakeholder access for planning and decision support
Requirements
Skill : Discrete Event Simulation (DES) modeling using Simio or similar simulation tools preferred. Basic data handling and integration using Python / SQL
Experience: Academic or project experience in simulation modeling.
Knowledge: Familiar with digital image/video processing, machine learning, computer vision. Autonomy Drone is plus
Major in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering , a related technical field
