As a Management Trainee,you will partner withthe Electronics TeaminProduct Marketing, new projects,customer support, market assessment with industry trendsYou will gaincomprehensiveinsights intovariousfunctionsacross the organisation

Key Responsibilities

Develop Product Expertise

• Gain understanding of the products in theElectronics productportfolio.

New Projects

• A key project / growth initiative goal will be assigned.

• At the end of internship, prepare a detailed reporton the project completion

Market Assessment & Analysis

• Market assessment of the products, market requirements and applications.

• Prepare a detailed report of the market assessment, technology trends

Key Competency

• Chemical or Electroplating Engineer (B.E. / B.Tech.)

• MBA or equivalentdegree would be added advantage

• Basic knowledge of computers, proficient in MS office(Excel, word, Power point)

• Good Presentation skills

• Good communication skills
