Software Engineer – UI/UX

Responsibilities:

•
Translate concepts into wireframes, mock-ups,
and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for
enterprise web applications.
•
Design and deliver wireframes, mock-ups, and
clickable prototypes ready for developer handoff.
•
Take a user-centric design approach: rapidly
test, iterate, and validate designs with users and stakeholders.
•
Make strategic design and user-experience
decisions related to core and new functions and features.
•
Collaborate closely with frontend developers
(Angular) on component specifications, design tokens, and design system
adoption to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
•
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders,
including business analysts, product owners, and architects in partner
locations.
•
Adapt designs to the larger application theme
and continuously improve the overall user experience.
•
Contribute to the creation, evolution, and
maintenance of the product’s design system and reusable component library.

Requirements

Experience:
Required

•
A solid grasp of user-centered design and
testing methodologies, including usability and accessibility concerns (WCAG 2.1
AA).
•
Ability to work with business stakeholders to
understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet
product needs and vision.
•
Extensive experience using UX design best
practices to design solutions, with deep understanding of responsive design.
•
Experience designing for web-based enterprise
platforms, especially data-heavy applications (complex tables, forms,
dashboards, multi-step workflows).
•
Experience producing interactive prototypes and
conducting developer handoff (e.g., Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar).
•
Familiarity with Angular Material or comparable
UI component libraries used by Angular development teams.
•
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
and document design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
•
Open to receive feedback and constructive
criticism.
•
Expertise in Figma is required. Experience with
Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus.
•
Proficiency in English is required
, as
the role works directly with the Manager and stakeholders in partner locations.
•
Good communication skills, a self-motivated,
get-it-done attitude; ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams
spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the
discipline to pay attention to deadlines, details, and quality.

Experience:
Strongly Preferred

•
Experience contributing to or maintaining a
design system at scale.
•
Experience designing UX for transactional,
secure, or workflow-driven enterprise applications.
•
Familiarity with frontend implementation
concepts (components, states, responsive breakpoints) to facilitate developer
collaboration.

Qualifications

•
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or
equivalent.
•
3+ years of UX design experience, with at least
1 year designing complex enterprise solutions/screens.
