In the same way that an internship offers a guided period of exploration, a “Returnship” provides individuals with an opportunity to sharpen their skills in a work environment that may have changed significantly since their last experience as an employee. It also gives participants the ability to explore a new area of expertise and learn new skills. Whether it leads to a full-time career, or serves to sharpen the skills necessary to take the next step, the Goldman Sachs Returnship Program is a valuable experience for anyone who’s ready to re-enter the workforce.

Roles open for this year's Returnship Program are:

  • Role:
  • Alts Client Onboarding + Services -Client onboarding process, identity verification, KYC & AML compliance.
  • Investment Guidelines - Monitoring system, post-trade review, investment guideline checks, compliance monitoring. Trade life cycle (post trade activities). Frameworks / monitoring systems - Charles river, Alladin and sentinel, inbuilt/ inhouse also welcome
  • Reconciliation -end-to-end cash position reconciliation process, financial product knowledge (equities, fixed income, derivatives) should be very high, looking for more of snap reconciliation /cash position reconciliation, excellent communication. Candidate can have experience in cash reconciliation + idea/ knowledge of Snap reconciliation & vice versa.
  • Retail SMA Reconciliation - Trade booking process, account monitoring. middle office/ back-office operations separately managed accounts, portfolio managements, mutual funds side. trade lifecycle.
