Trainee
ลักษณะงาน:
1. ศึกษางานและเรียนรู้งานในหน่วยงานที่ได้ทำการฝึก
เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุง
พัฒนา วิธีการทำงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
2. ปรับปรุง พัฒนา
กระบวนการทำงานและวิธีการทำงาน เช่น การทำการทดลองสูตรอาหารสัตว์น้ำ, การอนุบาลสัตว์น้ำ (ปลา,กุ้ง) และการจดบันทึกการเจริญเติบโตของสัตว์น้ำ
3. เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุง
เพื่อให้ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานดีขึ้นได้
4. นำเสนอผลการฝึกงานหรือโปรเจคให้กับผู้บริหาร
และรับข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
5. นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง
จากพี่เลี้ยงที่มีประสบการณ์ตรง
คุณสมบัติ:
1. กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขา Technology of Aquatic Animal, Fishery Science หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ อาหารสัตว์น้ำ และการใช้อุปกรณ์ห้องปฏิบัติการต่าง ๆ
3. มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้าตัดสินใจ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
4. มี Presentation Skill ที่ดี และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
5. พร้อมเรียนรู้
และสามารถศึกษาและเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง
ระยะเวลาการรับฝึกงาน: 2 เดือน หรือ 3 – 6 เดือน (สหกิจศึกษา)
