The Royal Caribbean Group internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. RCG Health Manila supports the organization’s workforce by overseeing occupational health services, medical records management, employee wellness initiatives, and health‑related compliance The team plays a critical role in ensuring that employee medical documentation, clinical evaluations, and wellness programs are handled accurately, confidentially, and in alignment with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements. By partnering closely with Human Resources, leadership, and external healthcare providers, RCG Health Manila helps maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment across the organization.
Key responsibilities and areas of focus include:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health / Nursing, Marketing / Communications / PR, Business Administration or related field of study.
• Previous experience or coursework in related areas preferred
