Trainee
ลักษณะงาน:
1. ศึกษางานและเรียนรู้งานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและธุรการในหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาวิธีการทำงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
2. ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานด้านงานทรัพยากรบุคคลและธุรการ
3. เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในกระบวนการทำงาน
4. นำเสนอผลการฝึกงานหรือโปรเจคที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมรับข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุง
5. นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง โดยมีพี่เลี้ยงที่มีประสบการณ์ตรง
คุณสมบัติ:
1. กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้าตัดสินใจ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
3. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ที่ดี
4. พร้อมเรียนรู้ และสามารถศึกษาและเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง
5. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
ระยะเวลาการรับฝึกงาน: 2 เดือน หรือ 3 – 6 เดือน (สหกิจศึกษา)
