Trainee
ลักษณะงาน:
1. ศึกษางานและเรียนรู้งานในหน่วยงานที่ได้ทำการฝึก
เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุง
พัฒนา วิธีการทำงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
2. ปรับปรุง พัฒนา
กระบวนการทำงานและวิธีการทำงาน เช่น
การนำข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมมาวิเคราะห์
เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกัน
3. เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุง
เพื่อให้ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานดีขึ้นได้
4. นำเสนอผลการฝึกงานหรือโปรเจคให้กับผู้บริหาร
และรับข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
5. นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง
จากพี่เลี้ยงที่มีประสบการณ์ตรง
คุณสมบัติ:
1. กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขา Environmental engineering / Environmental management / Energy management -/ Sustainability Development / Occupational Health and Safety / Data science - Data management
2. มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้าตัดสินใจ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
3. มี Presentation Skill ที่ดี และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
4. พร้อมเรียนรู้ และสามารถศึกษาและเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง
ระยะเวลาการรับฝึกงาน: 2 เดือน หรือ 3 – 6 เดือน (สหกิจศึกษา)
