Trainee
ลักษณะงาน:
1. ศึกษางานและเรียนรู้งานในหน่วยงานที่ได้ทำการฝึก เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุง
พัฒนา วิธีการทำงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
2. ปรับปรุง พัฒนา
กระบวนการทำงานและวิธีการทำงาน เช่น การ ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานในจุดงานต่างๆ
ในไลน์การผลิต, OEE Yield Improvement, Machine Development เป็นต้น
3. เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุง
เพื่อให้ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานดีขึ้นได้
4. นำเสนอผลการฝึกงานหรือโปรเจคให้กับผู้บริหาร
และรับข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
5. นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง
จากพี่เลี้ยงที่มีประสบการณ์ตรง
คุณสมบัติ:
1. กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาดัง Mechatronic Or Mechanical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเรื่อง TPM, Kaizen, Lean และ QC 7 Tool เป็นต้น
3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานในการเขียนแบบ ออกแบบ (Auto Cad, Solid Work)
4. มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้าตัดสินใจ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
5. มี Presentation Skill ที่ดี และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
6. พร้อมเรียนรู้ และสามารถศึกษาและเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง
ระยะเวลาการรับฝึกงาน: 2 เดือน หรือ 3 – 6 เดือน (สหกิจศึกษา)
