マーケッツ部門（セールス＆マーケティング）では3日間のサマー・ワークショップを実施します。
第一線で活躍する社員による業務やプロダクトに関する講義、グループワークやネットワーキング・セッション等を通じて、セールス＆マーケティングの役割およびJ.P.モルガンについて理解を深めていただけます。

日程： 2026年8月19〜21日

会場：　J.P. Morgan東京オフィス

状況によりオンラインベースでの実施となる可能性もございます。オフィスで開催の場合、関東圏外の国内大学／国内大学院に在学中の皆様には、ワークショップご参加にあたり、当社にて交通費と宿泊をサポートいたします。海外からの渡航費は対象外となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

1. Native／Fluentレベルの日本語ならびにビジネスレベルの英語をお持ちの方

2. 分析・数量・コミュニケーション能力に優れている方

3. リーダーシップと協調性を併せ持つ方
4. エクセル、パワーポイント、ワードなどを使える方
5. 日本国内の大学または大学院を2027年4月から2028年3月までにご卒業・修了予定の方
6. 2026年夏に国内（弊社東京オフィス）にて行われる選考プロセス、およびサマー・ワークショップに全日程参加可能な方

Sales & Marketing will host a 3-day Summer Workshop this year. Apply now to join us and hear directly from our teams on how they collaborate and deliver first class service and products to our clients. Through group work and networking sessions, you will be able to better understand our business and culture at J.P. Morgan.

Date: August 19 – 21, 2026

This event will be hosted in our Tokyo office, however depending upon the situation it may be conducted online. Please note that this is an unpaid event program. We will reimburse transportation cost and arrange accommodation to participate our Summer Workshop at our Tokyo office for local students who are attending schools outside of the greater Tokyo area. No support is provided for travel from outside of Japan.

Job responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and understanding of Sales & Marketing at J.P. Morgan

• Network with fellow participants and employees at J.P. Morgan

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Native or Fluent level of Japanese language skills and business level English

• Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills

• Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
• Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Expected graduation date between April 2027 and March 2028 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program
• Can attend, in our Tokyo office, the interview process and the Summer Workshop for the entire period
