FOR INTERNAL AUDIT AND FINANCIAL ADVISORY SOLUTION:

& RESPONSIBILITIES

Consultants in our Internal Audit and Financial Advisory team work in dynamic, team-oriented environments where they assess organizational risks, governance structures, process design and internal controls through data analysis, stakeholder interviews and operational reviews. As core members of project teams, Protiviti’s Consultants help clients identify, prioritize and manage their business issues to enhance organizational performance and business value. A Consultant’s primary role is to develop an understanding of basic business processes, to build technical skills in general risk areas, and to help our clients assess risks, evaluate control effectiveness, enhance operational efficiency and improve corporate governance. Consultants spend a majority of their time at our clients’ work locations and are immersed in a variety of business situations every year.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Operations Management or related disciplines

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
• Experience with AI‑enabled audit techniques is an advantage
• Graduate Status Must be in the final year of a university course

FOR TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING SOLUTION:

& RESPONSIBILITIES

Protiviti Hong Kong Technology Consulting team provides a wide range of IT-related solutions, including IT strategic planning, IT governance design, application design advisory, security and privacy assessment, cybersecurity program design, security operations support, cloud transformation, data analytics as well as IT audit and compliance. Our IT consultants work in dynamic, team-oriented environments where they identify IT- and technology-related issues or problems, analyze options, define appropriate recommendations and then present the solutions to our clients. In many cases, our clients also asked our project team to assist in the design and implementation of the solutions. Consultants will spend a majority of their time working collaboratively with and learning consulting skills from Senior Consultants, Managers or Directors in the team. Moreover, our consultants will gain knowledge and experience in a wide range of Technology consulting solutions.

• Cybersecurity assessment, design, implementation and operations
• Privacy assessment and advisory

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Management Information System
• Cumulative Minimum GPA: 3.0 overall, 3.0 major
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI) is an advantage
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or Generative AI technologies is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud‑native AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex) preferred

FOR RISK & COMPLIANCE SOLUTION:

Consultants in our Risk and Compliance team work in a dynamic, collaborative environments where they help identify, manage and mitigate business and compliance risks that our clients face. Protiviti partners with clients to identify gaps in their risk and compliance programs, design and enhance operating frameworks, and support implementation and remediation efforts through hands‑on execution. We leverage technology to manage regulatory challenges and help client innovate and streamline processes to improve risk management, monitoring and compliance.

We seek individuals who possess an understanding of the risks businesses face and the regulatory environments in which they operate. Candidates should be able to contribute to our multi‑disciplinary team with expertise in areas such as:

• Regulatory Compliance
• Financial Crime Compliance, including Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), Counter‑Terrorist Financing (CTF), Sanctions, Fraud, and Anti‑Bribery & Corruption
• Independent Regulatory Assessments against HKMA, SFC, and IA requirements (e.g., Supervisory Policy Manual, licensing obligations)
• Internal Audit, Governance, Controls, and Process Advisory
• Risk Management, including Operational Risk, Credit Risk, ESG, Third‑Party Risk Management, and Operational Resilience
• Institutional / Enterprise Risk Assessment
• Data Analytics and Regulatory Technology (RegTech)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Statistics, Data Science, Management Information Systems or related disciplines
• Cumulative Minimum GPA: 3.0 overall, 3.0 major
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
• Preferably, some programming knowledge (i.e., Python, R Studio, SQL, VB, RPA, etc.)

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects from initial problem to final execution, including data analytics, tracking and reporting
• Manage clients through building effective relationships and communications via monthly reporting, the sharing of thought-provoking articles and by building PowerPoint presentations sharing valuable insights
• Manage teams, from initial peer to peer collaboration through to nurturing talent and driving performance by utilizing learning development resources and available research

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analysis,

Information Technology and other related disciplines

• Cumulative Minimum GPA: 3.0 overall, 3.0 major
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
