As a Graduate AI Accelerator – Strategic Growth, you will accelerate the development and deployment of responsible, high-impact AI initiatives across Water Tech Europe. Working at the intersection of innovation, data, and environmental impact, you'll act as a catalyst within the Strategic Growth team, contributing to use case design, experimentation, and value delivery. This role offers exceptional exposure to a fully international environment, turning emerging AI technologies into tangible business value that enhances sustainability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Day-to-Day Duties and Learnings:

• Collaborate with the AI Core Team and AI Community (60+ FTEs) to co-develop and prototype AI solutions that create measurable business value
• Support the execution of SPECAVs (Smallest Possible Effort Creating AI Value), pilots, and AI agents in domains like computer vision, predictive analytics, and service co-pilots
• Translate data into actionable insights through exploratory data analysis and collaboration with subject matter experts
• Actively contribute to customer-driven AI initiatives to improve operational performance and solution differentiation
• Assist with AI reporting, training program support, and impact measurement across the organization
• Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and support knowledge sharing across Water Tech Europe
• Work within the Strategic Growth function while delivering value across the entire Water Tech Europe business
• Communicate technical AI concepts effectively to non-technical audiences and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field (preferred Master's level) (essential)
• Fluent in English, and Danish
• Other European languages are useful
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar platforms
• Willingness to travel
• Programming skills and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools or frameworks (e.g., LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Strong academic exposure to AI/ML methods such as natural language processing, predictive modeling, or computer vision
