Our Deloitte Delivery Centre (DDC) in Cork plays a vital role in our Irish Audit & Assurance business. The centre offers a range of centralised support services to Deloitte’s auditors
What you will be doing:
The DDC supports engagement teams with audit and administrative tasks to reduce practitioners' administrative burden and improve efficiency whilemaintainingquality standards.
The coreobjectiveis to deliver services appropriately,leveragingmodern communication techniques and flexible/remote team working to differentiate Deloitte from competitors and ensure a high-quality client experience.
Team members will become proficient in DDC services, develop best practices, and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to clients, supported by the Deloitte Aspire programmes for technical and soft skills development.
Primary responsibilities include ongoing and ad hoc project support, preparation and acquisition of audit evidence letters, and preparation of branded, proofread, and formatted reports and documents.
What we’re looking for:
This programme is specifically designed to support professionals in the international protection process and under temporary protection. To be eligible, you must currently have the right to work in Irelandunder one of the following permissions:
Stamp 1– on the basis ofEducation Pathways for Refugees
Stamp 4– on the basis ofapproved Ukrainian Temporary Protection Directive (TPD) / International Protection.
Ukrainian Temporary ProtectionCertificate – with Temporary Protection Certificate (yellow paper) received
Labour Market Access Permission (LMA)– with 'Permission to Access Labour Market' letter (digital copy) and Temporary Residence Certificate Card valid for the full duration of the placement while your international application is pending a decision.
You will be asked to provide documentation confirming your permission/visa type at screening stage, and you must be currentlyresidingin Irelandto apply.
Candidatesare required tobe of legal working age for the republic of Ireland
In addition, we are looking for candidates who:
Ideally have experience in professional services, a corporate environment, or a related field (formal or informal/voluntary experience can be considered)
Are motivated to develop new skills, learn, and grow their career within professional services
