2026 Campus Hire - Commercial Policy and Pricing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support pricing analysis, data preparation, and reporting for products, tenders, and commercial decisions.

  • Assist in maintaining pricing governance, approval workflows, and compliance with internal policies, and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, Operations) on pricing‑related topics.

  • Contribute to pricing projects, tools, and process improvement initiatives under guidance of senior team members.

  • Prepare materials for internal reviews, management discussions, and documentation.

  • Works under direct supervision, adhering to repetitive assignments, and strictly following detailed guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables.



Minimum required Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, Auditing, Accounting or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical skills with interest in pricing, commercial strategy, or data‑driven decision making.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to data tools is a plus.

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
