About the Role
The intern will support the Business Improvement team in delivering strategic initiatives across events management, project execution, project tracking, and project data analysis. This role offers hands on exposure to cross functional projects, and data driven decision making within Corporate Solutions.
Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities inCS Business Improvement Department, you may be involved in
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, including logistics coordination, content preparation, and post‑event analysis.
Support project‑based work, including tracking project progress, timelines, and action items.
Assist in project data analysis, such as collecting data, updating trackers, and preparing simple summaries using Excel.
Prepare slides and presentation materials for management updates and meetings.
Support team activities such as events coordination and basic administrative tasks.
Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned to support ongoing projects.
What you will need:
University student (or above) majorinBusiness, Finance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good presentation skills – able to explain ideas clearly using slides.
Good command of English and Chinese
Well‑organised, detail‑minded, and willing to learn.
Positive attitude and able to work well in a team.
