The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing capable candidates and placing new hires in a timely manner to fill human resource requirements of the various organizational units of the organization. The TAS shall conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, phone screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, pre-employment screens and on-boarding activities.

The successful candidate will work mid shift for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates
    • Develop new candidate pipelines. This may include establishing relationships with universities and professional groups.
    • Manage external recruiting firm relationships.
    • Maintain candidate information utilizing Arch's talent platform, iCIMs.
    • Evaluate candidates from multiple sources including job boards, employee referrals and external recruiting firms.
    • Conduct background and reference checks.
    • Recommend improvements to the function.
  • Client Relationship
    • The successful candidate for the STAS role will work with Arch Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand the current and future business needs.
    • Conduct intake meetings with the Managers to provide counsel and guidance on the talent process in the Philippines.
    • Determine applicant requirements based on intake meeting, position description and market data.
  • Managing the Candidate Experience
    • Understand and explain the Arch story to candidates.
    • Provide clear communication about the candidate to the hiring manager.
    • Coordinate interview schedule and technology requirements
    • Work with Account Managers on compensation offers.
    • Prepare and present job offers to candidates.
    • Conduct onboarding activities including introduction to the team, overview of benefits, PEME endorsements and other regulatory matters.

  • Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Knowledge in using LinkedIn products as well as Jobstreet
