2.傳授保服業務分析(包含統計共具應用、分析技巧等)或RPA應用
3.參與保服數位工具及e通知推廣
二、培訓專案管理與協作能力：
1.學習協同保服流程規劃及專案執行管理
2.防詐(指定聯絡人)宣導活動 或 電子契變書流程優化設計
