
The Teacher Development and Student Intervention Specialist position is designed to build teachers' capacity in content and pedagogy by providing and supporting ongoing professional learning, coaching and feedback and monitoring and analyzing student learning as a means of deepening teachers' content knowledge, improving practice, and elevating student achievement. The lead will support curriculum development, professional development and integration/alignment of instructional standards. The TDSI is also designed to work directly with students to personalize the learning experience based on their needs.

Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions, prolonged use of computer.
