DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

The Boston Red Sox Florida Operations Team is dedicated to providing a world-class environment while serving Baseball Player Development and the community of Southwest Florida. Our year-round focus of baseball, partnership development, and philanthropic engagement guide our commitment to winning another World Championship while creating life-long memories for our fans.

We are seeking a partnership, sales-driven, and committed individual to join our team. The Corporate Partnerships Associate will support the department in partnership development and partnership fulfillment in relation to Spring Training. The position will work tofulfill contractual assets and activation for each Club Corporate Partner. This position plays a key role in prospecting to drive in partnership revenue, managing high-profile accounts and ensuring a first-class experience for our partners at JetBlue Park.

Start: August 3, 2026 | End: April 30, 2027

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain database for content on all partnership assets, including but not limited to in-venue signage, print, promotions, tickets, hospitality and special events.
  • Prospect and develop new corporate partnership opportunities throughout Southwest Florida by identifying high-potential businesses, building relationships with key decision-makers, and generating revenue through customized partnerships.
  • Assist building sales proposals for prospects as well as assist with the preparation of sales contracts.
  • Coordinate and execute partnership fulfillment for all Spring Training partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests, Corporate Partners and internal departments.
  • Engage with guests by executing pre-game VIP tours and escorting partners around the ballpark.
  • Aid with the fulfillment, confirmation, tracking of individual and season digital ticketing orders on behalf of partners.
  • Main a photography database for all partnership-related inventory as well as delivering images to guests post Spring Training.
  • Responsible for handling and executing in-game giveaways.
  • Create end-of-season partner recaps.

CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Innovative and well-organized with a strong work ethic and desire/willingness to learn.
  • Strong level of passion and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Work experience within fast-paced, high-energy and frequently changing work environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Outlook or Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player able to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with Canva and ProVenue (or other ticket-based system) preferred.
  • College Credit available, if needed for graduation, but not a requirement.
  • Eligibility begins in junior year or later.
