
Primary Purpose:
The Computer Lab Aide is responsible for maintaining the operation of a computer lab; and instructing students and staff in the use of computer lab technology and software applications; and monitoring students activities while in the computer lab. Also, the Computer Lab Aide will perform the function of technological support for the campus during state testing.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
• High school diploma or GED
48 college hours required
Special Knowledge/Skills:
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Ability to schedule and plan opportunities for teachers/student to have dedicated computer lab time
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with students
Experience:
• One year experience working with children
• One year clerical experience or;
• On year computer lab experience preferred
Salary:
minimum salary: $23,188 (187 days) 2024/2025 Compensation Plan
Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
