Providence Catholic High School (PCHS), a Joliet Diocesan, Catholic, coeducational, secondary school administered by the Augustinians is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Assistant Director of Enrollment for a full-time, permanent position beginning August 2026.
Building on over 100 years of tradition and academic excellence, PCHS, located in New Lenox, Illinois provides 700+ young men and women from southwest Chicagoland area with an excellent educational experience on a 75-acre campus.
The Assistant Director of Enrollment is a creative and highly organized team player who helps to implement an established enrollment management plan for PCHS including recruitment, admissions, and retention programs. Responsibilities include the oversight of student and parent ambassador programs to help market the school and to create a culture of enrollment.
The Assistant Director of Enrollment is directly accountable to the Director of Institutional Advancement through the Director of Student Enrollment. The Assistant Director works collaboratively to achieve the school's annual and long-term enrollment goals, actively attracting prospective students to key admissions milestones (including Open Houses, Shadow Days, and the Freshman Placement Exam) and supporting strategies to enroll and retain a vibrant student body.
Salary: $40,000 - $44,000 (Salary is commensurate with experience)

Ensure all marketing initiatives, recruitment/enrollment programs, and fundraising activities reflect and support the Catholic mission and values of the school.
Recruitment, Outreach & Event Management
Proficiency in the PCHS Curriculum and Academic offerings.
Relationship Management & Communication Systems
Conduct engaging, personalized campus tours for prospective families.
