Job Title: SMALL BATCH OPERATOR

SECTION I JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

Run and monitor production to produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner.

SECTION II INDIVIDUAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions (List below the duties and responsibilities that must be completed by the person doing this job in order to achieve the purpose for which this job was established).

  1. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot the following machines: CNC router cell, which includes bore/dowel machine and robot, CNC bander, Jr Schelling panel saw, ABD bore dowel machine, shaker door cell.
  2. Assemble custom and modified cabinets as needed using a case clamp.
  3. Must be willing and able to openly communicate daily with department leaders concerning production schedule.
  4. Must be flexible to meet daily changes in priority scheduling.
  5. Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and schedule attainment.
  6. Actively participate in department meetings in a positive and professional manner.
  7. Keep area clean and organized.
  8. Regular attendance required for this position.
  9. All other duties as assigned
