Hands-on role that supervises and coordinates activities of union production workers to execute production plans. Responsible for monitoring, measuring and controlling quality and productivity expectations. Responsible for oversight of safety best practices in all areas of the shop floor. This position will be responsible for supervising operations involving equipment assembly.
