Position Overview:
The Production Operator plays a critical hands-on role in manufacturing high-quality dental products in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This position exists to support daily production operations and help the company meet customer demand by efficiently producing products while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. As an essential part of the team, the Production Operator contributes directly to product consistency, reliability, and customer satisfaction by following standardized processes, working collaboratively with others, and taking pride in producing products that help support oral health and keep people smiling.

Who you’ll work with:
- Work as part of a collaborative and talented production team, partnering with fellow operators to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
- Report directly to the Production Supervisor, with day-to-day support and guidance from a Production Lead to help you succeed in your role.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- - Operate production equipment and perform hands-on assembly or processing tasks.
- - Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- - Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- - Perform in-process quality checks and identify or escalate defects or issues.
- Support team and production operations.
- - Work collaboratively with teammates, Production Leads, and Supervisors.
- - Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:
- Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment and comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety while performing hands-on, repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn new processes, support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
- Ability to operate basic production or manufacturing equipment and machinery safely.
- Basic mechanical aptitude (e.g., loading materials, making simple adjustments, recognizing when equipment isn’t operating correctly).
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids (paper or digital).
Compensation Range: Starting at 17.00/hour
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
Physical Requirements
Manufacturing/Distribution Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing plant environment. The role routinely involves working around machinery, equipment, and moving mechanical parts. The facility may be subject to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, and airborne particles such as dust or chemical fumes, depending on the area of the plant. This role may require periods of standing, sitting, or walking throughout the workday. Occasional bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, control, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk. Hearing abilities required for this environment include being able to clearly hear and respond to audible alarms, production equipment, forklifts, and other machinery to maintain a safe work environment. Individuals must be able to distinguish and understand verbal communication including instructions, safety warnings, and team discussions, sometimes in an environment with moderate to high background noise.
