Location: 838 S. 16th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2 pm
If you’d rather fix the root cause than swap parts and hope — you’ll fit in here.
As a WAF employee, you will enjoy the benefits of:
- Competitive pay ($30-$40/hr) + weekly pay
- Overtime opportunities
- Health, dental, vision, and other insurances are available

What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years industrial maintenance — foundry, manufacturing, or heavy equipment
- Hands-on electrical troubleshooting: motors, controls, VFDs
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnosis
- Comfortable reading schematics and wiring diagrams
