Job Location: WAF - Manitowoc, WI 54220
Position Type: Full TimeMaintenance Technician - Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry
- $30-40/hr. – Weekly Pay!

Monday–Friday – 1st shift – 6 AM – 2 PM (40-50 hours a week!)

You’re the one who brings it back to life.

This is hands-on industrial maintenance in a working foundry environment. It’s hot. It’s physical. And it’s real work.
What You’ll Work On:
- Furnaces & melt systems
- Conveyors & sand systems
- Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Motors, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting
- Mechanical rebuilds and installs
- Preventative maintenance and breakdown response
We need someone who can diagnose problems — not just swap parts.
What You Need
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
- Comfortable working in heat & tight spaces
- Team-first mindset
