As a Lumber Mill Worker, you'll be at the heart of the production process — sorting, cutting, and preparing lumber to meet high-quality standards while ensuring safety and efficiency. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in lumber milling or manufacturing is an advantage but not required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and maintain focus during long shifts
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and team collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a reliable and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
