Job Title: Packaging – Snacks & Soup Displays (1st Shift)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to support our snacks and soup display production. In this role, you will efficiently operate packaging lines, ensure product quality, and support team operations while meeting customer specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Package products into bags, boxes, or totes according to customer specifications
• Perform and document quality checks, entering data into the system
• Read and communicate product specifications and packaging requirements
• Assist with training new associates and cross-training team members
• Pull product samples and verify mix, labeling, and weight accuracy
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around packaging equipment and within the warehouse
• Perform all duties required of a Packaging Operator II
• Conduct lockout/tagout procedures when clearing jams or performing minor maintenance
• Make basic adjustments to equipment to maintain product quality and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
