General Laborers needed for our C&D Facility in Appleton, WI

Working in C&D recycling is hands-on, physical work that plays an important role in keeping reusable materials out of landfills and helping our communities recycle more efficiently.

This position does not require previous recycling experience. A candidate’s ability to follow directions, work safely, maintain reliable attendance, and perform the essential functions of the job will determine whether we consider moving forward in candidacy for a present or future full-time position. Our candidate selection process is based on specific criteria designed to foster a safe, positive, and efficient workforce.

EARN $18.53 AN HOUR! POTENTIAL OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
1st SHIFT AVAILABLE! FULL-TIME WORK!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm & 6:30am to 12pm every other Saturday

We need reliable, detail- and safety-oriented General Laborers who are at least 18 years of age or older and:

• Have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as needed, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work throughout the entire shift.
• Are comfortable working around construction and demolition materials, including wood, drywall, concrete, metal, cardboard, and other recyclable materials.
• Can safely sort, separate, move, and organize recyclable materials according to facility procedures.
• Are able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and follow all safety procedures and instructions.
• Are willing to consent to a background check
• Are willing to consent to a drug screen
• Have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Prior warehouse, construction, recycling, general labor, or material-sorting experience is a plus, but not required.
