Reach Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Reach Forklift Operator for a warehouse and distribution facility in Lancaster, Texas. This position is responsible for operating a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has recent reach truck operating experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and maintain accurate inventory handling practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve warehouse inventory.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick orders and put away products in designated storage locations.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and verify product information.
• Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory handling and storage practices.
• Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Recent reach forklift operating experience; at least 3 years preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $19.00.
• Shift: First shift.
• Workdays: Monday–Friday.
• Hours: 5:30 AM – 2 PM
• Location: Lancaster, TX 75134.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
