
While working safely, the warper operator will produce a section set of warps. They will refer to the warper yardage chart to determine the number of yards and number of section beams to produce according to the style, width, and pattern. After creel is hung the operator will add, cut, blend in ends, and thread the eye board. Pull over and start the new creel. Perform tension checks, check section beam hardness. Select swing combs, as needed, according to end count. Record warper data and production reporting daily using the warper down time codes. Clean section beams, warper and follow the TPM cleaning and audit schedule. Doffing the warper and help with hanging the new creel. Will have open communication with production planning and creelers. Warper Operators must also be knowledgeable of creeler duties. Maintain all records according to ISO *AS9100 standards.
