Job Description

Manufacturing Production Associate for Specialty Film Products -1st Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

• Assemble film capacitors from specs / work orders.
• Work efficiently, following steps in the process to maintain workflow on the production floor.
• Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
• Fill in for absent team members when required.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
• Able to convert decimals to fractions.
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• Previous production experience is a plus.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Full body mobility and good eyesight.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand full shift
