Job Description

Job Family:

The Identity and Access Management tribe is part of the Cyber Security Group and is in charge of implementing, operating and managing all the accesses from, to and within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. The main mission is to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons as well as to respond to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements. The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.

Role:

This is a Security Operator role where you will operate the day-to-day management of privileged accesses in the company. This includes the lifecycle management of privileged accounts (generic and functional on windows/UNIX/applications), review of IT changes related to IAM, security quality checks on Wintel servers, CyberArk safes and platform management.

Your daily tasks would include:

  • Managing our PTA throughout their lifecycle within our CyberArk infrastructure.
  • Managing our CyberArk platform, safes and credentials.
  • Performing security quality checks before launching a server in production.
  • Granting UNIX elevations.
  • Supporting the recertification process for PTAs and Safes.
  • Reviewing and executing IT changes linked to PAM.
  • Working in shifts to ensure full service coverage (08:00 CET - 18:00 CET).

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management domain or similar field (demonstrated through relevant work experience or an academic degree).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing tool.
  • Eagerness to learn Azure Cloud technologies; prior experience is an advantage.
  • CyberArk experience or certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience as Windows or UNIX administrator is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell and/or other scripting and automation tools is/are a plus.
  • You are a quick learner with a self-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks in a demanding operational environment.
  • You act as a strong team player and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
  • You have critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities.
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with users, team members, and other stakeholders.
