Job Description

1. Prepare material and tool needed based on the requirement to complete spool fabrication
2. Able to perform bonding procedure during the whole process of spool assembly.
3. Able to interpret spool drawing and material list to guide accurate fabrication.
4. Conduct dimension and visual self-inspection to ensure all spool fabricate meet specific requirement.
5. Perform and meet the daily output requirement daily with good quality spool fabricated
6. Read/interpret drawings or specs, record production data accurately, and recommend process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
2. Must pass bonder qualification program conducted by training dept.
3. Must pass bonder questionnaire conducted by QC
4. 1-2 years of experience in pipe fitter is advantage.
5. Proficient in English with verbal and written communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
7. Physically fit: able to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy objects.
