SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a 1C Developer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the role:

You will contribute to the development and improvement of an internal ERP product by designing and implementing robust 1C:Enterprise solutions.

Your role will involve working on complex integrations, enhancing existing modules, and exploring new technologies beyond the 1C stack.

Collaborating closely with senior developers, you will help shape scalable, high-performing systems that support business operations and knowledge sharing across the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the development process of an internal ERP product;

• Work side-by-side with Senior 1C developers, contribute in common knowledge, investigate new technologies;

• Improve existing and implement new modules.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in 1C:Enterprise 8 development (managed forms, web client);

• Strong knowledge of standard 1C platform objects;

• Good analytical skills;

• Experience in financial reporting development;

• Experience with integrations via REST API, ADO, ODBC (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus);

• Readiness to learn new technologies beyond the 1C stack;

• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English;

• Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral);

• Experience in developing custom 1C applications and working on large projects;

• Experience in database architecture development, ACID principles understanding.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with the Standard Subsystems Library (SSL) and a solid understanding of its principles and components.
