Sigma Defense is seeking a Operations SME to join our team at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to provide military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities.
• Ability to coordinate manned and unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

• Serve as an Operations SME and Joint Forces Planner, providing military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities.
• Develop and integrate operationally realistic scenarios, mission profiles, CONOPS, and training objectives representative of joint and contested environments.
• Coordinate manned/unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises.
• Support test planning, mission execution, data collection, and operational assessment to evaluate system capabilities and mission effectiveness.
• Identify capability gaps, operational risks, and lessons learned, translating results into actionable recommendations for tactics, training, and future test requirements.

Salary Range $107,000 - $142,000 annually.
