Key Responsibilities

Technical Implementation

• 
  Configure, develop, and maintain websites and web content using WordPress.
• 
  Collaborate closely with design and content teams to transform concepts into functional solutions through efficient development practices.

Integration Management

• 
  Manage integrations with platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and other systems.
• 
  Ensure seamless interaction between websites and digital tools to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Content and Feature Management

• 
  Lead projects involving website content updates, functionality enhancements, and feature development.
• 
  Work closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders to deliver web solutions aligned with business objectives.

Performance Optimization

• 
  Monitor and improve website performance, including page load speed and responsiveness.
• 
  Implement best practices to optimize user experience and overall website efficiency.

Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Compatibility

• 
  Ensure websites function properly across different browsers and devices.
• 
  Perform testing and optimization to support responsive designs across various screen sizes.

Website and Server Maintenance

• 
  Manage web servers (experience with Liquid Web is a plus).
• 
  Handle WordPress and PHP updates, troubleshoot issues, and resolve server-related problems (e.g., memory-related issues).

Requisitos

Requirements

Mandatory

• 
  8+ years of experience as a web developer using
  WordPress, Webflow, and AI-powered tools
  .
• 
  Strong experience with
  Elementor Pro
  , including a portfolio of recent projects.
• 
  Experience building and maintaining websites using
  AI-assisted development tools
  (e.g.,
  Claude Code
  and
  Google Stitch
  ).
• 
  Proficiency in
  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
  (experience with any of these technologies).
• 
  Strong understanding of
  UX/UI best practices
  and
  web design principles
  .
• 
  Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools, including:
  • 
    Google Tag Manager
  • 
    Google Analytics
• 
  Experience with marketing and automation platforms such as:
  • 
    Marketo
  • 
    HubSpot
• 
  Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality assurance (QA) skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
