ESPECIALISTA POSTVENTA MAQUINAS CENTRAL-MADRID

FUNCIONES:

  • Asesorar y dar soporte en el Área de Calidad en la implantación de la norma ISO 9001 en las unidades de negocio certificadas y a incluir en el alcance de la certificación de Finanzauto.
  • Mantener una fluida y permanente comunicación con los Centros con el fin de asegurar la continuidad en la correcta aplicación de los procesos certificados bajo ISO 9001.
  • Interlocución directa con las diferentes áreas de negocio certificadas bajo ISO 9001.
  • Soporte en la Gestión documental del SG en el Área de Calidad.
  • Realizar auditorías de forma periódica a los Centros según el Plan de Auditoria Anuales.
  • Control y seguimiento de Objetivos Anuales de Calidad así como los Indicadores establecidos.
  • Apoyo y soporte en la preparación de los distintos Comités de Calidad periódicos y seguimiento de las distintas acciones resultantes.

REQUISITOS:

  • Formación: Ingeniería o Grado Superior / Postgrado en gestión de Calidad.
  • Necesaria experiencia previa de 2 años de experiencia en funciones similares - Conocimiento Sistemas de Gestión
  • Imprescindibles conocimientos mínimos de Office nivel usuario - Nivel Excel Alto
  • Idioma: inglés, A2 (Nivel Básico/Medio).
