Build your construction risk and credit impact expertise while supporting meaningful real estate lending outcomes at JPMorganChase. You will join a collaborative team where your judgment and project insights help protect clients and the firm. This role offers exposure to a broad set of property types and stakeholders, strengthening your ability to influence outcomes. You will have opportunities to grow through challenging assignments, partnership with lending teams, and internal mobility. As a Construction Management Manager within the Construction Management team, you help assess project viability and manage construction-related risk throughout the life of a loan. You partner with internal stakeholders to resolve risks and keep projects moving toward successful completion. You support a culture of strong controls, clear communication, and practical solutions. You help ensure construction activity aligns with requirements and that closeout is completed thoroughly.
You will contribute to consistent risk standards by applying construction best practices, quality expectations, and disciplined documentation. You will work across multiple active projects at once, balancing priorities and timelines while maintaining attention to detail. You will bring a steady, solutions-oriented approach when projects encounter delays, disputes, or scope changes. Your work will directly support healthier portfolios, better project outcomes, and stronger stakeholder confidence.
