What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate stockpile equipment safely and efficiently to support production and material flow.
• Monitor material quality and ensure proper placement, blending, and storage of aggregates.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with plant, quarry, and dispatch teams to meet operational demands.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures with consistent attention to detail.

• Capability to identify material or equipment issues and take timely, appropriate action.

• Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and follow established procedures.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
