We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (.NET/C#, React, SQL Server) with a strong hands-on technical leadership profile to design, build, and operate secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications within an enterprise B2B environment.
This role combines deep individual contribution with technical leadership in a pod-based delivery model. You will own complex features and services end-to-end, guide technical decisions, ensure production quality, and maintain operational reliability.
You will work primarily with .NET (C#) for backend services and APIs, React for frontend development, Axios for API communication, and SQL Server for data storage and business logic. The role involves architectural participation, performance optimization, engineering best practices, automated testing, and continuous delivery improvements.
You will take ownership of critical components in a cloud-native architecture, collaborate closely with Product and UX teams, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot production issues with a focus on long-term stability and scalability.
7+ years of professional experience building web-based software, preferably in enterprise SaaS or cloud-native environments.
Advanced experience with
C# and .NET
for backend services and API development in production systems.
Strong experience with
React
for building dynamic, maintainable user interfaces.
Practical experience integrating APIs using
Axios
or similar HTTP clients (authentication flows, error handling, interceptors).
Expertise in
SQL Server
: database design, stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and performance troubleshooting.
Experience building and operating secure, multi-tenant services in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, data structures, concurrency, distributed systems.
Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with modern Git-based workflows.
Experience in Agile, cross-functional teams.
Strong technical leadership skills, mentoring ability, and ownership mindset.
Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
