Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive CMS testing, ensuring proper functionality, usability, publishing workflows, role permissions, and overall content management operations.
Execute manual testing including functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing across web, mobile, and CMS platforms.
Validate content creation, editing, and publishing workflows within CMS environments.
Define and execute test plans, test strategies, and test cases, ensuring full test coverage.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and CMS workflows using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman (preferred).
Manage the full defect lifecycle: identification, logging, tracking, root cause analysis, and verification of fixes.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for improved release quality (preferred).
Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement in QA practices, especially for CMS-based workflows.
Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and CMS administrators to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Contribute to a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment through participation in ceremonies and sprint-based testing.
Provide mentorship and QA best practices guidance to junior testers (preferred).


Requisitos


5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
Strong experience testing CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, XM Cloud, WordPress, Drupal), including content editing workflows, publishing processes, and user role permissions.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, UI, and API testing.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or qTest.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and testing documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based testing cycles.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (preferred).
Proficiency in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or Karate (preferred).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests (preferred).
Experience mentoring or guiding QA team members (preferred).
Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6 (preferred).
